If you are going to be working with our youth or money in ANY WAY you are required to fill out a background check.
Click the link above, on the top right hand corner select candidate registration, enter Client Number 2961, and select position code 4 if you are working with money, code 6 if you are working with youth, or code 7 of you are working with BOTH. You will then be directed to fill out the form with your information.
